Speaker:  Kurt Hjelle

Safe at Home Healthcare

Presentation: “Personality Style 101”

• It’s important to know a prospect’s or client’s personality style so we know what they like, what they don’t like, what to say, when to say it, and how to say it.
• We can know why they buy, why they don’t, and what will motivate them to buy.
• Most importantly what activities in their career will multiply their personal effectiveness and the ones that are hard, annoying, lame and frustrating to them.

Each of us is given gifts by God.  If everyone were the same, many jobs would not get done.

We need each other, and the very things that we find Hard Annoying, Lame and Frustrating may be the reasons why others are so good at the tasks we hate.

Each of us must recognize that we are not to be like others, but to use our unique gifts and talents to effectively play our part in life.

By working together we all can be more productive, by doing our unique part.  In this educational presentation you’ll discover: • Why people act they way they do, • How we connect with others, • How we can better please others, and  • How to help people in the way in which they want to be helped.

About Kurt:
Kurt has owned and operated his own non medical home care business Safe at Home Healthcare for over 16 years.
Now he desires to teach other small business owners how to understand the personality style of a prospect, customer, client or patient.  Its important to know a prospect’s or client’s personality  style so we know what they like, what they don’t like,  what to say, when to say it, and how to say it.   We can know why they buy, why they don’t, and what will motivate them to buy.   If they are married, we’ll even know the kind of  person they are married to and where their challenges are within their marriage and parenting.   Most importantly what activities in their career are Easy, Lucrative and Fun for them that will multiply their personal effectiveness.
